RBA Museum - Request for licence to use artwork

Thank you for your interest in licensing the use of artwork from RBA's Unreserved Archive.
By submitting this application form, you acknowledge and agree that:

the RBA may contact you to verify the information you have provided in your application or to request further information to assist the RBA in deciding whether to approve your application;
the RBA may approve or reject your application in its sole discretion and is not required to provide any reasons in relation to its decision;
the RBA will not license its works for any purpose which would or may result in:
- direct or indirect harm to the reputation of the RBA, the creator of the artwork or the artwork itself, or bring such reputation into disrepute;
- discrimination against others (especially based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry or national origin);
- use for any political purposes;
- disrespect to any persons, including First Nations persons, or their knowledge or culture;
- incitement, promotion or support of discrimination against others; and/or
- incitement, promotion or support of hostility, violence or hate speech;
if your application is approved, you will receive an email from the RBA with terms of use for the artwork and your ongoing use of the artwork will remain at all times subject to those terms of use; and
the RBA's privacy policy available at https://unreserved.rba.gov.au/pages/privacypolicy will apply to the information you have provided.
